  • Securing, confirming, and managing hotel/cruise booking

  • Electronic travel documents for hotel/cruise confirmation

The Essential Escape

  • A custom travel proposal with 2-3 hotel/cruise recommendations

  • Up to 2 rounds of complimentary revisions based on initial feedback (Additional revisions are charged on a per-change basis.)

  • Securing, confirming, and managing all agreed-upon bookings (flights, ground transportation, hotels, tours/excursions)

  • Securing preferred partner amenities i.e., breakfast included, room credit, upgrades) when available

  • Pre-departure video walk-through of your trip details

  • Electronic travel documents

The Multi-Destination Curator

This package is ideal for travelers planning a more complex journey with multiple stops or destinations (multi-leg outline) who need a custom, fully-organized itinerary.​

  • Concierge-level planning inclusive of dining reservations, spa bookings, and activity coordination

  • VIP perks, amenities, and exclusive access (when available)

  • Pre-departure video walk-through of your trip details

  • Personalized trip app with all documents and details

  • 24/7 in-destination travel support via WhatsApp for any issues

Group packages bundle our services for larger parties, and we are able to pass significant cost savings directly to you while maintaining the high standard of quality for your trip.

  • Tracking all travelers' reservations, logistics, and payments

  • One place for answers to everyone’s questions so you don't have to be the go-between

The Process

Submit our Inquiry Form, and we'll send you a link to our calendar to eliminate all the back-and-forth emails.

Discovery Session - phone with Zoom logo

DISCOVERY CALL

Schedule your complimentary Discovery Call for a date and time that work  best for you.

Your complimentary Discovery Session will last approximately 20 to 30 minutes and will be by Zoom or Google Meet (your choice) or even by phone. This is when we do a deep dive to discover what type of experience you want from your vacation.

RESEARCH & DESIGN

Once I receive a signed contract and our Research & Design Fee (if applicable), we will prepare an itinerary that best matches your vision. We will then review your proposal and make necessary changes so your itinerary is exactly how you want it.

BOOK WITH DEPOSIT

Once you've approved the final itinerary, we'll submit your deposit. We'll remind you of future deadlines to make your final payment. You can make periodic payments or wait and pay the balance by the final due date.
